Linda moved to Boulder in 1983 from Washington D.C. where she attended Montgomery College in Maryland and the Corcoran School of Art in Washington, D.C., to study Fine Arts. She has owned the same home in Mapleton Hill for the last 20 years and enjoys the close proximity to school, work, shopping, restaurants, bike paths and hiking trails. Linda raised her 22-year-old son in her Mapleton Hill home and has been experiencing a much quieter household lately as he is off on his own. Linda's passions include being out in the beautiful outdoors, interior decorating, studying classical guitar, fine art painting and, of course, real estate. Upon arriving in Boulder, Linda served for 10 years as a legal assistant and operated a home-based medical transcription business. In January 1998 she joined Meridian Properties as administrative assistant to the owner, Jane Stebbins. She later became Meridian's creative director of multimedia marketing in addition to listing and transaction coordinator. As her interest in real estate grew, she obtained her real estate broker's license in January 2001. Linda then began serving in the dual role of assisting Meridian's owner in all phases of the real estate process and happily guiding her own clients to a successful real estate transaction. Linda is thrilled to be joining Stellar Properties and is enthusiastic and confident in sharing the wealth of knowledge and experience she has gained.
