Relocation Consultation

I thoroughly enjoy working with folks looking to relocate to one of our wonderful local communities.  I feel that my wide range of experience in a multitude of communities helps me compare and contrast various communities effectively. About 85% of the time, buyers eventually decide to pursue a home in a neighborhood that is quite different than the neighborhood that they originally sought out.  Many times, after spending time listening to my clients wants and needs, I suggest a neighborhood that they didn't know about.  My thorough understanding of the wide range of communities along the Front Range is a significant advantage that I can offer my relocation clients.

I frequently work with folks that work out of state, and occasionally out of the country.  I am a big proponent of using the latest and greatest technology (i.e.: Docusign for electronic signatures, Dropbox and Google Drive for documents, email, etc.) and my "remote" clients are amazed about how easy it is to work with Stellar Properties from afar.  That being said, I occasionally have clients that prefer doing business the "old fashioned way" and I am delighted to work with folks that are more comfortable meeting in person and going through things carefully over the kitchen table.  Each client has their own communication style that they prefer and I feel that it is important to serve my clients according to the style that suits them best. I receive compliments on my communication skills and I feel like that will always be a key differentiator for Stellar Properties in the marketplace.
