Jennifer has been in some area of the Real Estate industry for the past 12 years. Starting as a loan processor, then becoming a Loan Officer introduced her to the industry and provided the opportunity to coordinate with Buyers, Inspectors, and Appraisers. From there Jennifer went on to become an Account Executive working with many brokers to price and place their loans in all programs of Conventional, FHA and VA, in both the prime and sub-prime markets. She gained knowledge and experience from working directly with Lenders, Underwriters, Closers and the funding departments. Later Jennifer became a Real Estate Assistant and Office Manager handling day to day operations, marketing, listing and contract management, closings and client care services. During this time she worked with Buyers, Sellers, Investors, Co-op Agents, Title Companies, and various Vendors. Jennifer's experience also includes short sales, buying properties with an IRA and training with the Mike Ferry Organization.
